I offer hour long private Matwork and Reformer sessions in Turville, where tuition is given in more a personal environment. This allows you to work on an individual programme in more detail.

 

If you are new to Pilates, I can take you through an Introductory Matwork Session to go through the basics and give you a postural assessment. This must be attended if you are looking to join an established group.
