Lauren is a brilliant teacher, she explains and demonstrates everything in a clear manner, but always finds time to guide or clarify things at an individual level. What’s best for me is that no 2 classes are ever the same, so what could easily be a boring routine is always kept interesting and enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend her more highly!
